    Matt,

We are a real estate team currently developing a website in the Triangle. We are looking for photos throughout the Triangle to include on our homepage and we were wondering how much your photo’s would cost to include on the site. If you could please let me know at your earliest convenience I would greatly appreciate it.

    Best regards,
    Jennifer Fenton

    Nice (boring) City!!! So Ghetto!

  6. --- Says:

Durham is not ghetto nor boring. Yes, there are some parts that can be called “ghetto”, but every city has parts like that. Please, do not insult a wonderful city. These pictures were absolutely lovely and well done.

  7. jon Says:

nice its too bad greensboro dont have taller buildings like durham and greensboros a bit bigger you wolud think a sizeable city wolud but idk nice pics tho

  8. $$$ Says:

Greensboro has more tall buildings than Durham. and plus duke university is in durham and that’s one of the top colleges in the country for academics and basketball. So it’s not that ghetto

  9. Ernest Johnson Says:

Lovely pics of Durham maybe you can get some other pics of the American Tobacco Campus along with the West Durham area Duke University has a skyline of its own….the VA, The Pavillaion, Duke Medical Center, Hock Towers, Erwin Square…. there are more high Rises i Durham…Unfortunately they are not downtown.

  10. Ron Corey Says:

Don’t confuse old and historic with “ghetto”……..Durham has a very appealling DT area with real people.

  11. Dave Says:

The only problem is there are the halfs and half nots…the half nots struggle unbelievably…durham and NC as a whole has never advanced to the new millinium…….In recent years it has been bombarded with doctors research and other clinical trial….Its easy to feel lost here……..it becomes a trap of poverty and hopelessness if your are not a part of the up and comers here…….The job market is horrible, the housing unbelievably isolated and any type of hope for a carrer for a middle class blue collar worker is out of the question. In this state its not what u know but who u know……..Desperate to get back Home to San Diego

  12. THEMAN Says:

NC isn’t that bad its just depends on where you live like any other state.

  13. THEMAN Says:

Oh and the triangle was ranked #1 for the best business climate and Charlotte #5.

  14. Connor Says:

I live in raleigh but I still think it’d be cool if this building is goung to be built:

  15. Neezy Says:

One could only imagine where Mr. or Mrs. “~~~~~” is from. I assume Raleigh, since you hide behind anonymity. Durham is no more “ghetto” than Wilmington, Fayetteville, Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, etc. You’re probably a “ghetto bird” yourself, talking about something else being “ghetto.” Irony.

  16. Neezy Says:

Durham’s true essence doesn’t only lie within the Historic Downtown & Tobacco District areas. There’s plenty more to document within the city.
